These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Stardust Events &
Co LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By booking our services, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our website, you agree to these
Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
Services Provided
We offer event planning, décor & styling, catering, cakes & desserts, rentals, and photography
services.
Service details are outlined on our Services Page and in your personalized proposal or contract.
Booking & Retainer
A non‐refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
Your date is not confirmed until:
- The retainer is paid
- The contract is signed
Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule in your invoice.

Payments
We accept major payment methods.
Late payments may incur fees and may impact service delivery.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
Payment policy
Cancellations
All retainers are non‐refundable.
If you cancel after booking, you are responsible for:
- Completed work
- Purchased materials
- Reserved rentals
If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a refund of all payments
made (excluding completed work or purchased items).
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If your new date is available, your retainer transfers.
If unavailable, the change is treated as a cancellation.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate event details
- Communicate changes promptly
- Ensure venue access for setup & breakdown
- Adhere to timelines
- Provide a weather backup plan for outdoor events
Client responsibilities
Rentals
Clients are responsible for all rented items from delivery to pickup.
Damaged, lost, or excessively soiled items will incur replacement or cleaning fees.
Catering & Cakes
Final menu selections must be confirmed 14 days before the event.
We are not responsible for allergies not disclosed in writing.
Photography
Galleries are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated in your contract.
Raw/unedited images are not provided.
We may use images for marketing unless a written exemption is requested.
Design & Décor
All design elements must be finalized 21 days before the event.
Last‐minute changes may incur fees or may not be possible.
Travel
Travel fees apply for events outside our standard service radius.
These fees will be included in your quote.
Liability
We are not liable for:
- Weather conditions
- Venue restrictions
- Vendor errors outside our control
- Guest behavior
- Damages caused by third parties.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Illness
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule when possible.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, photos, and materials created by Stardust Events remain our intellectual
property unless otherwise stated.
Privacy
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
